SOLARSPEED.NET will
not sell or knowingly disclose its customer lists or customer email or listserv
address lists. We will attempt to protect the privacy of our Customers and
their information that is stored on our network. SOLARSPEED.NET will only
access and disclose information as necessary to comply with applicable laws
and government requests, to operate and maintain our systems and services,
or to protect ourselves or our Customers.
SOLARSPEED.NET will not
disclose a Customer's private email messages unless required by court order
or law. We will cooperate with the authorities and will notify such authorities
if it suspects that a Customer is engaged in illegal activities.
Non disclosure agreement
(NDA):
(a) Any information obtained while working on the Customers server(s) will
remain strictly confidential between the Customer and SOLARSPEED.NET. We will
not - in any way - disclose information found on the Customers server(s) to
third parties. SOLARSPEED.NET will not use any information or data found on
your server(s) to gain advantages of any kind. Also we will not disclose any
email correspondence that we had with the customer to third parties unless
it is required from us by court order.
(b) In return we require that our Customers do not disclose (may that be partially
or in their entire length) email(s) that we have sent them. No email (or parts
of it) from us to the Customer may be disclosed to the general public (this
in specific includes forums, mailing lists, websites). Should the Customer
(or his representatives) disclose our email correspondence with the customer
to the general public without our prior consent, then this instantly voids
any outstanding service obligations or service contracts which SOLARSPEED.NET
had with the Customer.
Usernames, passwords
and login procedures:
Any login details you send us to access your server will be safeguarded to
the best of our abilities. Usernames and passwords submitted through our ordering
facility are encrypted and are directly sent to a server not reachable from
the internet - which is protected by two separate and dedicated firewalls.
All submitted login data is erased once the case is closed - unless you specifically
ask that we keep the login details for further work and/or routine maintenance.
Additionally we suggest that you use a temporary password which you change
after we finished our work on your server.
Specific questions about
this policy should be sent via
e-mail.
